Acceptance of terms

By submitting an inquiry, creating a merchant account, or integrating our APIs, you agree to these Terms of services on behalf of the business you represent. If you lack authority to bind that business, you must not use Bravon.

Services covered

Bravon provides AI-assisted payment routing, dynamic cashier experiences, white-label modules, and a guided merchant onboarding flow including document upload and verification. Feature availability may vary by plan and geography.

Merchant obligations

You must provide accurate company details, upload genuine KYC documents, keep login credentials secure, and use the platform only for lawful commerce. Misrepresentation, synthetic documents, or prohibited verticals may result in immediate suspension.

• Maintain valid GST/PAN and entity registration where required
• Complete email OTP and respond to verification requests promptly
• Not process transactions for illegal or sanctioned activities

Fees and settlements

Commercial fees, if any, are set out in your order form or partner agreement. Bravon does not charge undisclosed platform fees beyond what is contractually agreed. Settlement timing depends on connected PSP and acquirer rules.

Service changes and availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify APIs with reasonable notice where commercially practical. Sandbox environments are for testing only and must not process live funds.

Liability and governing law

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bravon's aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the twelve months before the claim. These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Mumbai having exclusive jurisdiction.
